[1]     This appeal was lying on sine-die list which was taken out.  Notices were issued to both the parties.  Notice of the appellant no.1 is returned back with endorsement “Left”. Notices of the appellant no.2 to 5 are duly served and acknowledgment receipts are on record.   However, appellant nos.2 to 5 have preferred to remain absent.  Notice sent to the respondent is received back with postal endorsement ‘not on the given address’.  Present appeal is pending since 1999.  No latest address of the appellant no.1 is available with this Commission.  Appellant has not informed its latest address to the Commission.  Appellant nos.2 to 5 failed to appear before this Commission without any sufficient reason in spite of receipt of notice.  It is not desirable to prolong the old matter when the appellant is not interested to contest the appeal diligently.  Hence, appeal stands dismissed in default.  No order as to costs.
