Final Order / Judgement
   Learned Counsel for the Appellant is present and filed Memo stating that Appellant has already closed the loan account and the agreement stands terminated and NOC has already been issued on 30.09.2014, therefore the appeal has become infractuous and the same may be disposed of accordingly. Memo be kept in record.
 
   Heard the learned Counsel Mr. R.K. Pattnaik on behalf of the Appellant.
 
   In such fact of matter the appeal is disposed of on terms and conditions of the memo filed by learned Counsel of  the Appellant.
 
   Statutory amount may be refunded to the Appellant  on proper  identification.
