This record is placed before the Ld. Bench in view of the put up petition filed by the Jdrs.

The Ld. Counsel for the Jdrs has entered appearance by filing Vakalatnama.

Today by filing the petition the Jdrs have stated that they are inclined to make payment of the entire decreetal amount in view of the judgement passed by this Ld. Commission in the CC/16/2019 dated 16.03.2020.

The said put up petition has been registered as MA being No. 14/2022. The said MA has duly been perused by the Dhr by putting signature along with date.

On behalf of the Jdrs one demand draft was submitted before this Ld. Bench on 20.01.2022 bearing no. 008213 drawn on SBI, Salt Lake, Electronics Complex Branch in favour of the Dhr. to the tune of Rs. 1,88,499/- . Today on behalf of the Jdrs another two demand drafts have been submitted i.e. 008218 dated 25.01.2022 drawn on SBI, Salt Lake, Electronics Complex Branch in favour of the Dhr for Rs. 10,243/- and another draft bearing no. 008222 dated 27.01.2022 drawn on SBI, Salt Lake, Electronics Complex Branch in favour of the Dhr to the tune of Rs. 15,709/-.

The said three demand drafts be handed over to the concerned authority of this Ld. Commission.

We have meticulously calculated the said amount tallying with the order under execution and it is seen by us that the Jdrs have fully complied with the order under execution.

Hence the EA/2/2021 is hereby disposed of on full and final satisfaction.

The Dhr is at liberty to collect the said demand draft from the concerned authority of this Ld. Commission by producing by cogent photo identity (original along with self attested photocopy). At the time of collecting the said demand draft the Dhr. is directed to put signature and date on the margin of this order.

Hence it is ordered that EA/02/202021 is hereby disposed of on full and final satisfaction and the MA/14/2022 is also disposed of.

The office is directed not to place this record before the Ld. Bench on the next date fixed.

At this juncture the Ld. Counsel for the Jdrs. has attracted our notice that on earlier date order was passed for warrant of arrest against the Jdrs., if the office has already prepared the arrest warrant against Jdrs, let it be recalled at once.

Let plain copy be given to the parties free of cost as per CPR.
