Ld. Advocate for the Respondent is only present.  Today is fixed for filing reply to the show cause by the Appellant.  However, Appellant is neither present nor takes any step.  It appears from the record that twice on earlier occasions also, it did not appear.  The conduct of the Appellant does not inspire any confidence in my mind that the Appellant is at all interested to pursue this Appeal.  Accordingly, the Appellant stands dismissed for non-prosecution.
