                Sh. Naveen Jain, Director of the Appellant Company

                Sh. Maharaj Kumar, Respondent in person.

 

 

        After some arguments parties have settled the matter.

 

        It is stated that parties have settled the matter in full and final settlement for a sum of Rs.30,000/-.

        Counsel for the appellant under the instructions of Sh. Naveen Jain, Director of the appellant company has stateds that the appellant has deposited full decretal amount with the registry of this Commission. Out of that the settlement amount of Rs.30,000/- be released in favour of the respondent and the rest of the amount be released in favour of the appellant.

        Respondent who is also an advocate states that he has no objection if the impugned order be modified in terms of settlement between the parties.

        Since the parties have amicably settled the matter, the impugned order modified in terms of settlement between the parties. Let out the amount deposited with this Commission, the registry shall release Rs.30,000/- in favour of the respondent and remaining amount alongwith interest shall released in favour of the appellant.

        Appeal stands disposed of in terms of settlement between the parties.

        File be consigned to record room
