                                                          J u d g e m e n t.

                The  present disputes arises out of the complaint petition filed by the above named complainant alleging deficiency in service  against  afore mentioned O.Ps for non refund of excess price  towards  supply of books inter alia  compensation. The brief facts of the case  has summarised here under.

          On being noticed  Sri  L.M.Patnaik,  & Mirza Aslam Bag, Advocates  appeared on behalf of the O.P. No. 3 & 4  &  filed written version  inter alia  vehemently advanced arguments.

 

                The complainant has got her disputes with the O.Ps as per the complaint got resolved at the court premises and has abandoned all the claims against the O.Ps in pursuance to the subject matter and cause of action as in the complaint, hence she would pray drop the proceedings against the O.Ps.

 

                Perused the submission of the complainant. The forum feels that, in the context of the voluntary submission of the complainant, there is left no cause of action to proceed further in the case. Hence dropped.

 

                Let the copy of the order be supplied to the parties  free of cost as per rules.
