Final Order / Judgement

Today is fixed for filing show cause by the complainant and also for S/r and appearance of the OPs.

The Ld. Advocate of the OP no. 1 and 3 is present. OP No. 2 is yet to appear. None appears on behalf of the complainant and no show cause is filed. It seems to us that the complainant is no more interested to proceed with the case and it is next to impossible for this Commission to run the case with the repeated absence of the complainant. We think that it is a fit case where a dismissal order should be passed.

Hence it is ordered that the case be and the same is dismissed for non-prosecution.

Let a plain copy be given to the parties free of cost as per CPR.
