This appeal has been filed against the order passed by the District Forum, Jaipur 4^th dated 8.3.2017 whereby the Forum below has dismissed the application for taking the reply on record.

The contention of the appellant is that due to genuine reason the reply could not be filed earlier hence, it should have been taken on record.

 

Heard the counsel for the appellant and perused the impugned judgment.

 

The Forum below has rightly dismissed the application as admittedly the District Forum was not having jurisdiction to review its earlier order and admittedly the reply of the appellant was closed on 22.6.2015 and against that order no further action has been taken by the appellant. Hence, in view of the above there is no merit in this appeal. The Forum below has rightly passed the order under its jurisdiction and otherwise also order dated 8.3.2017 is inconsequential as the reply was already closed on 22.6.2015.

 

In view of the above this appeal is meritless and liable to be dismissed.
