Seen the order no. 1 dated 14/05/2022 of the Lok Adalat held on 14/05/2022.
In view of said order of Lok Adalat, it appears that instant case has already been disposed off on 14/05/2022.

Complainant, Mr. Krishanu Ghosh and his Ld. Advocate are present. OP, Mr. Goutam Ghosh is also present along with his Ld. Advocate.
Both parties are in person and their Ld. Advocates submitted that a compromise has been effected in between the parties outside this LOK ADALAT already and it is also agreed by the parties that OP, Goutam Ghosh voluntarily without being influenced from any corner will execute the registration of the sale deed in respect of the flat in question in favour of the complainant, Mr. Krishanu Ghosh at the earliest opportunity. Complainant also submits that he has been agreed on that score.
It is also settled in between the parties that save and except the act of registration to be executed by the OP, Goutam Ghosh, he has no other obligation to meet in connection with the registration of the deed relating to flat in question.
In view of the above facts and circumstances, this LOK ADALAT is of the view to pass the following order.
That OP, Mr. Goutam Ghosh will execute the registration of sale deed before the concerned registration authority in respect of the flat in question in favour of the complainant, Krishanu Ghosh at the earliest opportunity and with this observation this case is disposed of with full satisfaction.
