The case is put up today  on the strength of  memo filed by the  learned counsel  for the complainant.  The learned counsel for the  complainant  filed a memo stating  that  the complainant and the O.Ps have resolved their disputes  out side the forum.  The complainant in their memo  submitted  that the complaint may be dropped.

Heard from the  complainant. Perused the memo filed by the complainant.

Accordingly the case is closed as the  complainant is not interested to proceed the case further.
