ORDER

The Complaint is partly allowed with following relief’s:-

The Opposite Party No. 1, 2 & 3 are jointly and severally directed to transfer the Motorcycle of Hero Honda make bearing Registration number GA-04-A-3936 in favour of Complainant.

The Opposite Party No. 1,2 &3 are jointly and severally directed to pay a sum of Rs. 50,000/- as compensation towards the mental torture, inconvenience and hardship caused to the Complainant and also directed to pay cost of Rs. 25,000/- towards the present litigation.

Pronounced in open court. Proceedings closed.
