A joint petition for settlement has been filed by both the parties, stating that they have amicably settled the matter and the present appeal be disposed of accordingly.

               In view of the above settlement arrived at between the parties, present appeal stands disposed of being settled.

               Both the parties shall be bound by the terms of settlement.

               Statutory amount deposited by the appellant vide D.D. No. 032154 dated 10-4-2015 shall be returned to the appellant or their authorised agent.

               Send back the original record along with a copy of this order to the District Forum.
