Final Order / Judgement

Complainant files hajira.  Fixed for hearing of the petition filed by the Complainant on 29-01-2018.  No step is taken by the O.P.  We have heard Ld. Lawyer for the Complainant.

Let the petition be registered as Misc. Case No.07 of 2018.  The Complainant stated in the petition that the instant case has been filed for certain reliefs related to non-providing of service and non-measurement of land by the O.Ps. despite the payment of consideration.

The Complainant also wants to measure the land by the Govt. Surveyor for the interest of the case and for proper adjudication and accordingly prayed for appointing a Govt. Surveyor.

None appears on behalf of the O.P.  We have considered the prayer of the Complainant and allowed the same.  Complainant is directed to provide a list of Govt. Surveyor regarding the matter to this Forum.

Thus the Misc. Case no.07 of 2018 be and the same is disposed of.

To 20-04-2018 for filing the list of Surveyor by the Complainant.
