The complaint on lead better seeds Pvt.Ltd. have been examined and discussed in the M.O.U. with report of the breeders.
A perusal of the above would undoubtedly disclose that they did not mention that the crop was failed due to pests and diseases as alleged by the opposite parties in their counter.
9. The manufacturer by their reply, Ex.B.5 denied having give an assurance that they would pay Rs.50,000/- to the complainants.
