Ld. Counsel appearing for the revisionist at the very inception has ‘not pressed’ the Revisional Application filed on behalf of the revisionist/OPs.

It may be noted that this application was filed sometimes on 28.03.2023 and after registration next date has been fixed on 09.08.2023 and at the time of taking hearing admission this Commission has observed that revisionist must come ready with all relevant annexures, if any. But today Ld. Counsel appearing for the revisionist has ‘not pressed’ the same.

Altogether, this is absolute misuse of Judicial Hours of this Commission and what prompted the Ld. Counsel appearing for revisionist for fling such Revisional Application.

Accordingly, the said RA being no. 06/2023 stands rejected being ‘not pressed’ by the Ld. Advocate of the revisionist with observation that in future recurrence of such incident will be viewed by this Commission seriously, holding that the revisionist will be saddled with cost and consequences thereto.
