ORDER

 

             It is agreed between the parties that respondent No.1/complainant shall return old LED TV set to the appellants. The said LED TV set shall be handed over to Er.Sandeep Suri, Advocate, Counsel  for the appellants, at his residence within 7 days from today. On receipt of the above TV set, Counsel  for the appellants states that the amount received for that new TV set i.e. Rs.28,500/- + Rs.4500/-, as a goodwill gesture, totaling Rs.33,000/-, shall be paid within 30 days from the date of receipt of the TV set.

2.         In view of the compromise arrived at between the parties, this appeal stands disposed of.

3.         Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties, free of charge.
