Heard Mr. R. K. Adhikdary, learned counsel, appearing for the appellant. Also heard Ms. S. Khanikar, learned counsel, appearing for the respondent.

               Learned counsel appearing for the parties have submitted that the matter has already been amicably settled between the parties outside the court. In this regard, they have filed a joint compromise petition by way of an affidavit dated 1-8-2017.

               In view of the same, the case is disposed on compromise.

               Statutory amount of Rs. 25,000/- deposited by the appellant shall be returned to the appellant or their authorized agent.  

               Send back the original record to the District Forum along with a copy of this order.

               The affidavit dated 1-8-2017 shall form part of record.
