In  course of hearing this District Commission pointed out that there is a plea of the complainant in the matter of practice fraud and cheating upon the complainant. But facts remain that fraud and cheating cannot be ascertained by way of conducting summary trial. In view of this position this case is not maintainable.

As this case is found non maintainable, this case is not admitted and so it is dismissed.

No order is passed as to costs.
