Accordingly, the complaint is partly allowed and the Opposite Parties are directed to convey the sub-divided plot no.2 of survey no.9/1 of Village Chicalim, Mormugao Taluka in favour of the Complainant by duly executing the Deed of Sale.  The Opposite Parties No.2-9 are also ordered to pay the Complainant a sum of Rs.50,000/- towards the costs incurred and for the inconvenience caused. The said amount shall carry interest of 9% from the date of filing of the present complaint till its realization. Cost of Rs.10,000/- also shall be paid by the Opposite Party             Nos.2 – 9.
