| Final Order / Judgement | Grahak Madhyastata Samadhan dated 16/12/2022 Record is placed before the Grahak Madhyastata Samadhan for settlement. Ld. Advocates for both sides are present. Both the parties also file certain documents. Let the documents be kept with the record. Heard both side. Perused the Complaint Petition coupled with its W/V thereto. Also perused the documents furnished by the parties today. On perusal of the documents furnished by the parties, it appears to us that the parties agreed to settle the dispute in question. In terms of the settlement, the opposite party will pay Rs.21,76,921/- (Rupees Twenty One Lakh Seventy Six Thousand Nine Hundred and Twenty One) only to the complainant within 16/02/2023. Liberty be given to the complainant to put the order in Execution Case, if the opposite party nos.1 and 2 fail to comply the order. Thus the consumer case is disposed of.
