We find amonthly subscription card issued by the OP to the Complainant placed on record. The said subscription card is for the year 2011. We also find that something is written on the said subscroption card stating that the Complainant has paid 2 months subscription of Rs. 400/0 0n 10/06/2012.

We also find another subscription card placed on record which is not filed by the OP.

As per the admission of the Complainant no current year star track cable service monthly subscription card was issued to him for the year 2012.

At the same time we find something scribbled on his subscription card which was issued in the year 2011. These inconsistencies remained unexplained.

Moreover there is no Affidavit-in-evidence placed on record by the Complainant.

We therefore have every reason to believe that the subscription for the year 2012 was never paid by the Complainant & therefore the OP has rightly withdrawn the connection.

Therefore accordingly to us there were no services provided by the OP to the Complainant.

We therefore are of the opinion that the present complaint is not maintainable & accordingly stands dismissed.
