ORDER

The complaint is allowed.
OP2 is directed to take all necessary steps to comply with State Road Trasport Authority’s directions to enable transfer of suit vehicle to Complainant’s name.
Complainant is awarded compensation of Rs. 10,000/- to be paid by OP2.
OP2 shall comply with above directions within 45 days of date of this Order.
No charges sustain as against OP3.
