ORDER

     Sh.Krishan M.Vohra, Advocate, has filed memorandum of appearance on behalf of OP. He has handed over a cheque of Rs.14,043/- bearing cheque No.097585 dated 22.05.2017 to Mrs.Bimaljit Kaur, Complainant in person, which the complainant has received and withdraws her execution application being fully satisfied. Her statement to that effect has been recorded on the photocopy of the cheque itself, which has been taken on record. Consequently, this execution application is dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied. Certificate issued under Section 25(3) of the Consumer Protection Act,1986, in this case be recalled unexecuted forthwith.

     Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
