Order No.7, dated 17-07-2019

C/R is put up on prayer.

J/dr.  Abdul Gani Rahaman appeared and file a petition for making payment stating the ground therein. He submitted in the open ejlash with folded hands to reduce the decreetal amount saying that he is a poor teacher of MSK school from where he gets a scanty honourim after months. Considering his such financial position we reduced Rs.1000/- from his decreetal amount Rs.5,000/- to the Consumer legal Aid Account.

Incompliance with this Order the J/dr.  Abdul Gani Rahaman paid Rs. 5,000/- to the Ld. Agent of the D/hr. A.E. and Station Manager W.B.S.E.D.C.L and Ld. Agent for lthe D/hr. Sri Dhrubajyoti Karmakar issued a money receipt amounting to Rs. 5,000/- to that effect. Let the said receipt be kept with the C/R.

The J/dr. Abdul Gani Rahaman also deposited an amount of Rs.4000/- to the Registrar-in-Charge of this Forum for making payment to the Consumer Legal Aid Account.

Whereas the decreetal amount is paid as such the warrant is hereby recalled. Let the copy of this Order be handed over to the J/dr. to serve the same to the OC Ghoksadanga P.S. Thus, the instant case is disposed of with full satisfaction.

The C/R needs not to be  produced on 23.07.19.
