Final Order / Judgement

The ad-interim order passed in connection with MA/3/2022 is hereby made absolute and consequently order of injunction will remain in force till the disposal of this case.

The Miscellaneous Application being No. 03/2022 is thus disposed of.

MA/59/2022 is needed to be heard in presence of all the parties to this case. Therefore it is kept pending for disposal at later stage.

Today is also fixed for supply of OP 4’s address. But there is none to supply the same. It is pointed out by the Ld. Advocate of the complainant that OP 4 happens to be the son of OP 5 and Miss Mary Rani Das is Advocate on record for OP 5. The Ld. Advocate of OP 5 is absent today. She is directed to supply the address of OP 4 who reportedly living abroad.

The Ld. Advocate of the complainant is directed to convey the imports of the order made herein before to Mary Rani Das, Ld. Advocate of OP 5 within 3 days hence.

08.09.2022 is fixed for supply of address of OP 4 by the Ld. Advocate of OP 5.
