S/R of notice is not received against the o.p. no. 1. Decree holder files an application through his authorized person praying for dispose of the case on the ground of receiving the decreetal amount. Similarly the judgment debtor also files an application praying for dispose of the case on the ground of payment of the decreetal dues to the decree holder along with a xerox copy of the cheque therewith.
Heard on both sides. It is submitted that in compliance of the order the judgment debtor has paid the decreetal dues to the decree holder by a cheque bearing no. 840409 dated 06-05-2010 drawn on Corporation Bank and the decree holder acknowledged the receipt of the cheque and submits that the case be disposed of in full satisfaction.
Having heard on both sides and also perusal of the xerox copy of the cheque therein we dispose of the case on full satisfaction.
Supply the copy of the order to the parties, free of costs.
