Record is put up today by a petition filed on behalf of the complainant.  By filing an application complainant praying for withdrawal of this case on the ground that the matter has amicably been settled with the OP and they have already paid the claim amount. Having heard the complainant and on perusal of the application which is filed today. It is admitted fact that the matter has amicably been settled between the parties and there is no need to proceed with this matter furthermore.

That the complainant is permitted to withdraw the instant case on compromise.
