Appellant by advocate Mr. patwardhan present.  Respondent in person.  Heard on delay condonation application.  There is delay of 19 days in filing appeal and hence this application for condonation of delay.  Attributing to the administrative cause which generally present avoided in the organisation like H.D.F.c.  Other side considered that delay may be condoned.  under the circumstances, on the statement of facts enumerated in para 2 of the application, we find  that it is a short delay of 19 days and it is satisfactorily explained. 

Accordingly, the application for delay condonation is allowed.  Delay in filing appeal stands condoned subject to the payment of   500/- to the respondent
