ORDER

          Appellant/Director- Mr Harish Madan along with its adovcate files withdrawal pursis marked as Exhibit-X-1 for identification.

          There is delay in filing the appeal and therefore, there is application for condonation of dealy is filed .  This application stands disposed since the appeal is withdrawn.   Hence, we pass the following order:-

 

:-ORDER-:

1.  Appeal stands disposed of as withdrawn (Exhibit-X-1).

2.  Amount of Rs.25,000/- deposited by the appellant as per Section 15  of Consumer Protection Act, 1986 be refunded back to them. 

3.Copies of the order herein be furnished to the parties.
