(1)               Applicant/appellant is absent.  They also failed to comply with the direction dated 03/10/2012 within stipulated time of 7 days.  Since the said order is self-operative and since the appellant has not complied with the direction, the application stood automatically dismissed.  Under the circumstances, the application be struck off from the board.  Therefore, the appeal is not entertained.
