Per Mr.Justice S.B.Mhase-Hon’ble President

Mr.P.R.Hegde-Advocate for the revision petitioner.  Since copies of compilation to be served on the other side as directed by order dated 17/12/2012 have not been submitted within time and consequence of non submission of such compilation to the State Commission has been stated in the order, namely, “if not submitted within stipulated time, Revision petition shall stand dismissed without reference to this Commission” and said effect in law has taken place, therefore this revision as per that order revision petition stands dismissed after 7 days because copies of the compilation for serving the same to other side, were not submitted as directed in the said order.  Struck off from the board.
