Heard the complaint Sri Abdul Razzaque person.

             Pleaded case of the complainant herein that he on dated 08.06.2018 purchased amobile handset call COMIO P-1at the cost of Rs 9000/-fro the shops of opposite party .That the complainant  on Dated 07.08.2019 found that the mobile handset defective and accordingly  he approach the opposite party for reparing which was accordingly done on payment of reparing cost  of 200/-

                 When the hand set was again  found with the same problem, He Tried to locate service centre  but no service centre was found

within the stretch of Itnaghar to Benderdewa.And therefore when he again brought  the handset tom opposite party for mending ,He was misbehaved and infuriated by the opposite party .The opposite party also lodge FIR against the complainant accusing himof threatining .Hence this complaint claming appropriate compensation for wrong done for him.

    WE on carefuel persual of the  cash memo dated 08.06.18 find that the opposite party will selling said Handset gave warrenty period of only six months .and it also seen that the complainant found some problem in the Handset admittedly after a period of one year .Abd therefor having seen the period of warranty and the  complaint filed after expiry of the same ,we find no case for admission.

      In the view of the abobe this complaint stands dismissed.
