FINAL ORDER / JUDGEMENT
Order No.51
Dt. 23-12-2022
Hazira is filed on behalf of the complainant through advocate.
No step is taken by the O.P.s in spite of service of Notice as is evident from Track Consignment report from the available website.
It is a long pending case and so the Commission proceeds Ex-parte.
The complainant being allured by the ponzi scheme of the O.P. invested in Orchard Bond for Rs.1,50,000/- in three separate bonds of Rs.50,000/- each on 26-03-2004, 31/03/2004 & 31/03/2004 and accordingly the three bonds were issued being No.(a) 0/03/04/000851 (b) 0/03/04/001475 & (c) 0/03/04/001476 but no return was received by the complainant after the Maturity period and finding that the complainant has been deceived the instant complaint has been filed before the Commission for return of the invested money with interest.

Perused the written complaint and all the three bonds and other documents on record.
Heard the Advocate for the complainant.
There are several cases of similar nature against the O.P. pending before this Commission where the O.P.s have failed to take any steps knowing fully well that all the investments are fake and fraudulent.
Prima-facie case of the complainant is established and she is entitled to get the relief as prayed for.
Hence it is ordered……
That the case is allowed Ex-parte against the O.P.s.
The O.P.s are directed to pay to the complainant the principle investment amounting to Rs.1,50,000/- with accrued interest thereon together with compensation of Rs.50,000/- and Litigation cost Rs.10,000/- within three months from this date failing which the Decretal amount may be realized through Execution process.
Copy of this Judgement be given to both parties free of cost.
