Final Order / Judgement

The complainant is found absent without steps and no show cause on his behalf is filed.

Today is fixed for filing show cause by the complainant as to why his case will not be dismissed for non-prosecution. But show cause is not being filed on behalf of the complainant. We think that the complainant has lost interest in this case and for that it is not possible for this Commission to run the case with the repeated absence of the complainant. We think that this is a fit case for passing a dismissal order.

Hence it is ordered that the case be and the same is dismissed for non-prosecution; but without cost.

Let a plain copy be given to the parties free of cost as per CPR.
