ORDER

This appeal was received by post on 13.07.15.  SPC was issued vide dispatch no. 3000 dated 14.07.15,  to inform the next date of hearing.

          On the very first hearing i.e. 10.09.15 none was present for the appellant.  Hence, again SPC was issued vide dispatch no.4166 dated 18.09.15. 

            But, today again none is present for the appellant.  This indicates that the appellant is not interested in pursuing the case.   

             The appeal is therefore dismissed in default.
