Present:-  Shri Harpinder Singh A/R and husband of complainant.

 Ms. Sukriti Advocate Counsel for OP-2.

File taken up in National Lok Adalat held today on 10/12/16.

In view of separate joint statement of Shri Harpinder singh complainant and Ms. Sukriti Advocate for OP-2, the matter is settled between the complainant and OP-2 and as per settlement the OP-2 shall pay a sum of Rs. 16,000/-(sixteen thousand) to the complainant as full and final settlement of the complaint within 30 days from today on return of old mobile handset and accessories by the complainant to OP-2.

 

Order pronounced on   :

• Compliance of the order be made within 30 days from today.
• Copy of order be sent to the concerned parties free of cost.

• Thereafter, file be consigned to record.
