                The complainant in this case last appeared on 03.12.2019 when the complaint was admitted and notice issued to OP.  Thereafter there was outburst of corona pandemic.   The complainant was absent on 29.01.2020, 25.02.2020, 02.3.2020, 15.10.2020, 01.12.2020, 10.02.2021, 30.11.2021 and  31.3.2022. Even today no one is present on behalf of the complainant. It is not sure whether the complainant had taken steps to serve the OP or not. It appears that  the complainant is not interested in pursuing the matter.  Accordingly the matter is dismissed in default of appearance and non-prosecution. File be consigned to record room.
