1.       This complaint is filed under section 12 of Consumer Protection Act 1986 and stood over to this date for consideration and this Commission passed the following order.

2.       This is a complaint filed by the complainant against the opposite parties alleging deficiency in service on the part of the opposite parties. After admitting the complaint notice was issued to the opposite parties. The notice issued to the opposite parties returned unserved. Since 20.08.2019 this case is adjourned only for the purpose of taking steps against the opposite parties by the complainant. The complainant was continuously absent and not taken any steps. Hence we find that the complainant is not interested to further proceed with this complaint.

     In the result, the complaint is dismissed for default. There will be no order as to costs.

              A copy of this order as per the statutory requirements be forwarded to the parties free of charge and thereafter the file be consigned to the record room.
