1. This complaint is filed under section 12 of Consumer Protection Act 1986 and stood over to this date for consideration and this Commission passed the following order.

2. This is a complaint filed by the complainant against the opposite parties alleging deficiency in service on the part of the opposite parties. After admitting the complaint, notice was issued to the opposite parties. The second opposite party entered appearance and filed written version denying the allegations raised by the complainant. The opposite parties 1, 3 & 4 not appeared before this Commission after accepting the notice. Hence opposite parties 1, 3 & 4  called absent and set exparte. Since 13/12/2021 this case is adjourned for fling the proof affidavit of complainant. This case was posted to 04/05/2022 for filing proof affidavit of the complainant as last chance. As the complainant was not present and filed affidavit, this commission issued a notice to the complainant. The said notice issued to the complainant was returned with endorsement addressee left without instruction. The notice was issued by this commission in the address mentioned by the complainant in the complaint. In the above circumstances, we find that the complainant is not interested to further proceed with this complaint.

          In the result, the complaint is dismissed for default. There will be no order as to costs.          

                     A copy of this order as per the statutory requirements be forwarded to the parties free of charge and thereafter the file be consigned to the record room.
