This is a complaint filed under section 12 of Consumer Protection Act 1986 and the matter stood over to this date for consideration.After hearing the matter the commission passed an order as follows:
This is a complaint filed by the complainant against the opposite parties alleging deficiency in service on the part of the opposite parties. After admitting the complaint notice was issued to the opposite parties. 2nd and 3rd opposite parties after accepting the notice not appeared before this Commission and hence on 03/02/2022 the 2nd and 3rd opposite parties were called absent and set ex parte. The notice issued to the 1st opposite party was returned. The complainant was directed to take steps against the 1st opposite party. As the complainant was continuously absent a notice was issued to the complainant to appear before this Commission today, to further proceed with this complaint. After accepting the notice, the complainant not appeared before this Commission. The complainant has not taken steps against 1st opposite party. In the above circumstances we find that the complainant is not interested to further proceed with this complaint.
In the result the complaint is dismissed for default. There will be no order as to cost.
A copy of this order as per the statutory requirements be forwarded to the parties free of charge and thereafter the file be consigned to the record room.
