JUDGEMENT
Both the parties are present. Jdr has submited a Demand Draft being no-898257 dt. 25/03/2014 for Rs. 8800/- in favour of this Forum to satisfy decreetal penalty and same is aceepted . Issue offuce receipt to the Jdr .
Jdr has also handed over a Demand Draft of Rs. 14,000/- being no-898256 dt. 25/03/2014 in favour of the decree holder . Dhr has also returned the mobile hand set to the Jdr on receipt .
So decree is finally satisfied on full satisfaction.
Hence , ordered, that the Ex. Case be and same is disposed of on full satisfaction.
