Final Order / Judgement

Today is fixed for appearance of the complainant with documents.

 

On repeated call neither the complainant appears nor submits documents.

 

The CC case has been filed on 29.08.2024 through E-dakhil, fixing 12.09.2024 for his appearance. The complainant did not appear on the fixed date i.e. 12.09.2024, 27.09.2024, 21.09.2024 and this day too.

 

We, thus, are of the opinion that the complainant is reluctant to proceed the case further. Statutory period of admission had already been expired.

 

Hence, it is

ordered

 

that the petition of complaint registered as CC-51/2024 be and the same is rejected.
