          Heard.  We do not find any infirmity in the order passed by the State Commission.  The State Commission has relied upon the judgment of this Commission in “Dharmendra Goel Vs. Oriental Insurance Co. Ltd. III (2008) CPJ 63 (SC)” to come to the conclusion that the petitioner, after having insured the house for a
