None present for both sides. Perusal of the record of appeal shows that this Commission issued notices to both sides on 04/04/2013 as the appeal is received on transfer from State Commission, Mumbai. No report about service of that notice is received. We presume that notice is duly served on appellant as it is issued on the same address given in the appeal. Despite of service of notice appellant is absent; the appeal deserves to be dismissed in default. Appeal be recalled at 3.00 p.m. for order.

Appeal is recalled at 4.10 p.m. for order today. Presently also none appeared for the appellant. The Shirastedar is submitted that as per direction given by this Commission on last date, on the verification of the record, it is found that the present appeal is not disposed of earlier.
