O R D E R

Counsel for the parties are agreed that the impugned order be set aside and the case be remitted to the State Commission to decide it afresh after permitting the parties to cross-examine the witnesses produced by either of them.

Parties through their respective counsel are directed to appear before the State Commission on 18.2.2010.

Since this is a very old case, we would request the State Commission to positively dispose of the same within 4 months from the date of first appearance.
