Present Counsel for the complainant and Sh. Prashant Arora, Counsel for OP-3 i.e. Samsung India Electronics Pvt. Ltd. and filed compromise dated 14.12.2019 which has been attested by this Forum. Hence looking to the terms of compromise Exh-1, we therefore direct OP-3 to pay Rs.57,900/- to the complainant towards full & final settlement within 45 days from the date of this order. The complainant submitted that the disputed product is lying with the authorized service center and shall return the bill & accessories to OP-3.
This order shall be complied with by OP-3 within a period of 45 days from the date of this order failing which an additional interest @ 10% per annum will be payable on whole of above amount from the date of this order till payment to the complainant. The case of the complainant is disposed of as settled. File be consigned to record room.
