                    Today the case was fixed for issuance of notice to OP. Notice to OP could not be issued for want of copy. Complainant appeared and suffered his separate statement to the effect that registration fees has been refunded by the OP and the matter has been settled, therefore, he does not want to persue with the present complaint and withdraw the same. Complainant has also placed on record copy of his driving licence.

                    In view of statement of complainant, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. File be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
