Complainant takes no step.

 Op no.1 files hazira and  a petition praying for dismissal of the case on the grounds stated there in. It appears from the case record that vide order from the case received that vide order no 18 dated 23.3.8 the complainant was directed to produce the original medical papers to substitution the statements made in show cause application dated 23.3.18 but the complainant neither appeared today nor submitted any medical paper or document. The case shows by the complainant being insufficient can not be accepted .

 From the acts and conduct of the complainant it is clear that the complainant is not willing to proceed with the case.

 Hence it is 

ORDERED

 That the case no,. 115/s/2015 be and the same is dismissed for default.
