ORDER NO. 6 DT. 9.7.10

Revisionist is present through Mr. Amal Kr. Saha, Ld. Advocate.  Mr. Saha produces a copy of the order dt. 1.7.10 passed by the Forum concerned wherein it was recorded that the complaint petition was dismissed for non-prosecution.  Under the circumstances, the Ld. Advocate states that the Revisionist does not want to proceed with the Revision Petition.  Therefore, the Revision Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.  We make it clear that we have not decided any other point on merit.  A copy of the said order of the Forum be kept with the record.
