The instant Execution Application has been filed by the D.hr. for realization of Rs.20000/- as compensation for mental pain and agony and litigation cost of Rs.2000/-.

Today the D.hr/petitioner was present personally and on the last occasion filed a petition praying for disposal of the case alongwith a receipt of Rs.22000/- from the J.dr towards the entire award and he has no claim against the J.dr./OP and he is not interested to proceed further with the case.

Heard the D.hr. and his Ld. Lawyer and also perused the petition filed by the D.hr/ petitioner and also materials on record.

We find that the D.hr. has received his awarded amount in full and has prayed for disposal of the Execution Application and for that we have no other alternative but to dispose of this Execution Application with full satisfaction. 

Hence,

Ordered

that the Execution Application No. EA/20/2015 be and the same is disposed of with full satisfaction.

 Let a plain copy of this order be made available and be supplied free of cost, to each of the parties on contest in person, Ld. Advocate/Agent on record, by hand under proper acknowledgment / be sent forthwith under ordinary post  to the concerned parties as per rules, for information and necessary action.
